Payment
Use your bank's app or online portal to send a secure and quick e-Transfer payment. Payment must be made prior to delivery. For driver safety, we do not accept cash.

Delivery Info
Per Ontario and Quebec regulations, you must provide a valid government-issued photo ID matching your delivery order.
We will be delivering our tobacco products directly to your door.
Pay by E-Transfer (for Delivery)
Use your bank's app or online portal to send a secure and quick e-Transfer payment. Payment must be made prior to delivery. For driver safety, we do not accept cash.
Apartments & Condos
If you live in an apartment or condo complex, please leave specific instructions in the Special Instructions message box when ordering to help us properly deliver to your door. You will receive text message updates regarding the status of your order.
Disclaimer
If you are not present when your driver arrives to complete your delivery, we will make every effort to contact you. If you are unavailable, your order will be cancelled and will not be re-delivered until a $20 re-delivery fee has been paid.
Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your delivery after we have attempted delivery unsuccessfully, you will be refunded for your ordered products only. The $20 delivery fee is non-refundable, as a driver was dispatched in good faith. Our drivers deserve compensation for their time regardless of delivery success or failure.
